Goal

Square needed to show its products could help business owners tackle their biggest goal, whether that's launching a merch line, opening a fifth location, or serving 20,000 daily customers.

Approach

We partnered with Guy Raz, who interviewed six iconic independent businesses on how they achieved a major milestone using Square tools. I led pre-production interviews, provided story edits, and atomized longform video content into spin-off pieces that targeted specific marketing funnel stages.

Outcome

The video series drove 257,298 YouTube views through paid and organic distribution. Spin-off content extended the life of each episode, strengthened brand perception, and deepened customer advocacy.
